To request deletion of your personal data held by Connect Therapies, operating under the parent company Thera Nexa Private Limited (also referred to as CT), please complete the form below and we will process your request within 24–48 hours.

What Happens After Deletion

Here's a timeline of what to expect once your request is processed.

Immediate
  • Your registration details and personal information are deleted from our systems
  • You are removed from all mailing lists and interest registration records
Within 30 Days
  • All associated data is permanently deleted from backups
  • Deletion is irreversible
Legal Retention (7 yrs)
  • Therapy notes may be retained per legal requirements
  • But your account access is completely removed
  • You cannot retrieve this data after deletion

This action is permanent
